We offer you an affordable and simple hosting solution that can be customised (if required) to suit your specific needs. We make use of Windows 2003 Severs to host the websites, and clients have access to the server via FTP (to upload the site) and a Control Panel to add e-mail accounts, as well as to make use of other services available via the Control Panel.
Which package would you recommend?
The package that we would recommend to all our clients is the Standard Package. The Starter and Basic Packages are for those clients who would like an e-mail address in their own domain (yourname@yourcompany.co.za) and perhaps a Splash Page in their own domain (www.yourcompany.co.za). Once your company has out grown the Standard Package, you can then move up to either the Professional, Premium or Platinum Packages.
The Standard, Professional, Premium and Platinum Packages offers you the most reward, as it is expandable to suit your needs. These packages also have unlimited throughput, which means that you will never be charged extra for people sending you lots of e-mail, or for plenty of visitors to your website.
What is a Domain Name and how to I check to see if the name I want to use is available?
A Domain Name is the name that will represent your company on the internet (www.yourcompany.co.za). South African companies will normally have a Domain Name that ends with .co.za to indicate that they are a company from South Africa. Only one company can register a specific name, and these names are allocated on a first come first serve basis.
To check if the name you want to use is available, you can click here. Once you have checked and you find your name is available, it is important to then register the name as quickly as possible. Make use of the Sign Up provided at each package to sign up for a hosting account, which includes the registration of the domain.

What servers are the websites hosted on?
International Hosting
All our websites are hosted in either the EasyNet Datacentre in Schiphol-Rijk, The Netherlands or in the AtlantaNAP Data Centre in Atlanta, Gerogia. Both these Data Centres are 24-7 Security Controlled Data Centers running on new Dell PowerEdge 6850 Xeon MP servers, with 15K SCSI RAID 10 Storage!
The Data Center's network are 100% Cisco powered, from the switches to the core routers. These networks offer >37Gbps total network capacity using 9 network carriers.
All web hosting services are protected by Cisco PIX 535, state of the art packet filtering firewalls, in a redundant scheme from both the switch & firewall.
The Data Centers are monitored and controlled by the BMS (Building Management System), which manages the data center’s power, humidity, temperature and fire suppression system. Technicians are alerted to any potential problems or actual changes in the environment. Physical security is addressed as well. The Data Center offers the most comprehensive procedures and systems available, including extensive CCTV and 24-7 on-site security guards.
The Data Center services include:
