Generally business owners are not familiar with website editing, designing or development. They want a website through which they can promote their business. CMS is the abbreviation for Content Management System through which you can manage your business website or update your website content on line without the help or aide of a Professional Web Developer. Through a CMS you can manage, edit your website content, text, graphics or photos online, you can add new pages or products to your website, you can also delete or hide pages which should no longer appear on your website.

Our Content Management Systems (CMS) Package includes the following:

• Installation and design of a standard template, including Home Page (R935 once off)
• Any number of additional web pages (R225 per page)
• A Gallery feature (optional)
• A Web contact form
• Uploading your site to a specified location (see Hosting below)

How the process works

There is no need for us to meet, but if you really want to, you are more than welcome to setup a meeting with us at our offices. All you need to do is simply email us your company logo along with a design concept, if you have thought of one, with content for each of the pages for your site. We will then install the CMS, craete a Design Concept  and load the Design Concept (Template) into the CMS and populate your site.  This entire process normally takes between 7 – 10 working days depending on the number of revisions required by the client.

Additional Add-on’s and suggestions:

• a Hosting Package (which includes your Domain Name registration, 5 or more Email addresses, 12 month’s web and email hosting, specified server space, webstats feature and On-the-move Webmail) from R199*

* Hosting is renewable from R189 per annum, thereafter.

Terms and Conditions

• General Payment structure: 50% deposit is required on approval of quotation, balance on completion of project.
• Quotations are only valid for seven (7) days. Payment of the required deposit is acknowledgement and approval of quotation even without signing.
• All projects allow for ONE CALL-BACK / Authors corrections, included in the quoted price. Thereafter additional editing costs are charged per hour.
• Any Additional editing/design/animation/development/virtual tours work not specified in the quotation is charged @ R440 per hour.
• All required information is to be supplied in an electronic format either via e-mail or FTP. Additional editing and type-setting fees will be charged otherwise.
• Only once the deposit reflects can we start working on the project. Your site will be made “live” once we have your approval and the balance has been paid.
• ** Hosting is renewable from R189 per annum, thereafter.
• Payment of 50% deposit is an acceptance of the quotation and an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Web Design Service Agreement.
